Rodney & Misty

Rodney and Misty are both from Van Buren, AR. While Rodney graduated from high school in Kentucky, Misty stayed local and graduated from Van Buren. They have a 7-year-old son named Rhett. They also have a fur baby named Bo. After graduating, Rodney moved back to Arkansas where he went to body shop school at Arkansas Tech in Ozark, while Misty obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Westark (UAFS.) Rod spent 11+ years working as the lead painter at a local limousine manufacturer. He then moved over to Breeden Dodge before they decided to open their own shop. Rodney has over 25 years of experience- the most out of everyone at EBS.

With Misty's business background and Rodney's body shop experience, they opened EBS in November 2006. Misty spent years as a travel agent but has always been around EBS behind the scenes, until 2015 when she started coming to EBS full time. She loves a good plate lunch, steak dinner, and pie; Rodney goes a different route with his love of spaghetti. When asked to describe "Daddy and Momma", which is what they are called at the shop, you'll find that people have only nice things to say. "Tall, very experienced, boss, and impressionable" are what you'll commonly hear Rodney described as. With Misty, you'll hear things like "all-around great person, intelligent, enforcer, gets stuff done" to describe her. On their off time, you can usually find them riding the trails, camping, or at the lake. They love spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie has three little boys with one girl on the way. Kaizer is 8, Zaiden is 6, Silas is 3, and EverLeigh will make her appearance sometime in August 2018. She started at EBS in October of 2016 after spending years as a server/bartender at restaurants in Fort Smith and Fort Hood.

She is a graduate of Cedarville High School and even spent some time at University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She isn't picky on food, but some of her favorites are sushi, burgers, or plate lunches. During her time off, she spends time with her kids. This usually includes watching sports, cooking, or spending time at a ball field for either football, baseball, or basketball. Stephanie's co-workers describe her as intelligent, good with customers, caring, and a "foodie."

Keith started at EBS in June 2016 after spending nearly 15 years in other local body shops as a "paint guy". He is an alumni of both Alma High School (2002) and Arkansas Tech in Ozark (2003). Keith is an I-Car certified refinish technician and also a "Cromax" Mosaic certified technician. He knew right out of high school that this was the business that he wanted to be in. Keith loves to spend time with his daughter, Cloie, who is 11. They like to go on four-wheeler rides. Keith's favorite food is pepperoni pizza. When asked, fellow employees describe Keith as "eager to please, good dad, organized, and focused".

Omar comes to us all the way from the windy city of Chicago, IL. He and his wife, Essie, have two kids. Their names are Milani, who is 12, and Armani, who is 1. Omar graduated from high school in 2004 and has 12 years of hands-on body shop experience. Some days you can find Omar putting a car back together or sometimes you can find him helping out in the paint booth. He loves all sports including football, soccer, and basketball, and sports take up much of his free time. His favorite food is lasagna. When asked to pick a word that describes Omar, people responded with "funny", "smart", "a hard worker", and "focused", so you can get an idea of the type of guy he is.

Grant and his wife Tara have three kids. They are all very young, as Forrest is 3, Timber is 2, and Fisher is 1. He graduated from Van Buren High School in 2007. While he didn't go to body shop school, he did attend University of Arkansas Fort Smith for business. Grant started working at EBS in September 2016 after years of working for his grandpa at Gibson Crane and at a local dealership as a salesman. His favorite food is pizza, and those of us here at the shop think it's about the only thing he eats. During his time off you can find him playing with his kids or watching any type of sports on TV. When asked to describe Grant in one word, other employees responded with "energetic". Grant can also be described as a hard worker, nice, and great with customers.

Zach and his wife Heather have four kids: three boys and one girl. Their names are William, 9, Robby, 7, Elijah, 3, and Rylee, 2. He graduated from Waldron High school and completed body tech school in 2007 at Arkansas Tech University in Ozark. Right after body tech school he went to work for a shop in Pocola and then for a shop in Mena in 2008, before coming to EBS in September of 2014. Zach is I-CAR Platinum certified as a "non-steel technician." You can find him fishing, hunting (which is good because his favorite food is deer), or playing with his kids during his time off. His coworkers describe him as a family man that is determined, kind, and loyal.

Steve and his wife Melissa have 3 kids: 19-year-old Michael who is in the Army, 16-year-old Matthew, and 13-year-old Grace. After graduating from Heavener High School in Oklahoma, he went to body tech school at Carl Albert in 1997. After graduation, Steve started working for Treadway Body Shop and was there for 16 years. He's been with EBS since July of 2014. Here at EBS, Steve not only repairs vehicles, but he also writes estimates. He has 20 years of experience, which is the most out of all of the techs at EBS. He is I-CAR Platinum certified as a "steel technician." His favorite food is anything on the grill and in his spare time you can find him hunting, fishing, or camping. Steve can be described by his coworkers as experienced in the body shop field, a hard worker, reliable, and as a family guy.
